All messages must be triggered by explicit user actions or an existing customer relationship.

Accounts attempting prohibited usage will be suspended without refund.

Permitted Use

Mint API is designed exclusively for transactional and operational messaging, including:

  • User-initiated support conversations
  • Order confirmations and status updates
  • Account alerts and security notifications
  • Appointment reminders for existing customers
  • System-generated notifications from backend workflows

Your Responsibilities

  • Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy
  • Obtain proper consent from recipients before sending messages
  • Comply with local laws regarding electronic communications and data privacy
  • Ensure all messaging is tied to legitimate business operations
  • Respect rate limits and fair usage guidelines

Enforcement

We actively monitor usage patterns to detect policy violations. If we determine that your account is being used for prohibited activities, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Withhold refunds for any prepaid services
  • Report violations to relevant authorities if required by law
